LL.M. candidate in Legal Sciences, specializing in Civil Law, at the University of Lisbon (Portugal, 2025–2027). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes and postgraduate degrees in Civil Procedural Law from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro – UERJ and in Consumer Law from Escola Brasileira de Direito – EBRADI. Her main areas of practice and academic interest include alternative dispute resolution methods, especially arbitration, mediation, dispute boards, civil procedure, and consumer law.
She has professional experience in alternative dispute resolution, having served as Case Manager and Legal Analyst at the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA). She also worked as a Junior Associate at Damasceno Rajão Advogados and as an independent attorney in civil litigation. She gained experience in public institutions as a legal intern at the Procuradoria Geral do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (PGE/RJ), Ministério Público Federal no Rio de Janeiro (MPF/RJ), Defensoria Pública do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, and Procuradoria Geral Federal junto ao Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE).
She is the author of the article “The Arbitrator and the Duty to Disclose: Parameters Established by Doctrine, Law, Soft Law, Arbitral Institutions and Case Law” (Intertemas: Revista da Toledo, 2021). She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro Section (OAB/RJ no. 238.013) and has advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
